Trefonen House is our beachfront property set within its own grounds.
Usually the house can accommodate up to 18 guests but we are able to offer midweek low occupancy deals, The offer allows full use of the hot tub, BBQ hut, play area and large gardens. There are 3 bedrooms available for use, the other 4 of the bedrooms will be locked off. This reduced occupancy is not available at weekends, during school holidays or high season.
The breath taking sea views are visible from all rooms downstairs and all of the bedrooms available in the half house offer. The six seater outdoor hot tub takes full advantage of the surroundings with an additional patio on the edge of the beach. There is ample parking. The beach is accessed via private steps where there are a vast number of rock pools for children, and adults alike, to explore.
This property offers the prefect space to relax and unwind while the children explore and play in the play area.
The property is set over 2 floors. The ground floor consists of a WC, well-equipped large open plan kitchen/diner and a large lounge with comfy seating and a log burning fire. There are fantastic views out of the lounge and French doors leading onto one of the properties patios/BBQ area. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms. The master has a superking size bed and includes a lovely area to relax in overlooking the sea and an en-suite. There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds. and the other a triple sleeper (bunks with a double on the bottom and single on top), A modern luxurious family bathroom consists of twin basins, bath, toilet and a separate double shower.
Bed linen and a bath sheet for each guest are included but it is recommended that guests bring additional towels and beach towels.
Located under a mile from the centre of Valley with local shops, cafes, pubs, take ways and a petrol station.
The house is a fantastic location to stay whilst exploring everything Anglesey and North Wales has to offer.
The house is located close to the Anglesey Coastal path.
Valley has a train station.
We allow a maximum of 3 well behaved dogs. We kindly ask they are not allowed upstairs. (an extra fee of £25 per dog is payable) –
The property is located in a residential area. There is an annexe attached to the rear of the property but the property has are no shared areas
