Luxury Holiday Accommodation on the Isle of Anglesey

Well behaved dogs are welcome, up to a maximum of 3.
There is an additional fee of £25 per dog, £15 at Cliff Apartment.
We kindly ask that dogs aren’t allowed upstairs in the bedrooms.

To secure the booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental cost is required. Bookings cannot be secured or held without a deposit. Bookings are CONFIRMED on receipt the deposit.

The balance is due 56 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 56 days of arrival.

a/ If your booking has to be cancelled because our property has to close or is unavailable You will be refunded in full.

b/ Customer inability (or the inability of any, some or all of Your intended party) or disinclination to travel to and stay at our property for any reason.

This includes – but is not limited to – illness (including Covid), a requirement or recommendation to self-isolate or quarantine.

You are strongly recommended to take out UK travel insurance to cover these eventualities. If you choose not to take out UK travel insurance, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.

Number of days before the start of the holiday and the percentage of total rental/booking cost that will be refunded:

• More than 272 days: 95% of the rental cost
• More than 56 days: 25% of the rental cost
• More than 28 days: 10% of the rental cost
• No refunds within 28 days

Anglesey Getaways will then use reasonable endeavours to obtain a replacement booking. In the event that Anglesey Getaways is successful in obtaining a replacement booking, we will refund to the Customer the total amount paid by the Customer for the booking less an 5% Booking Fee and less the difference in price between the Customers’ booking and the replacement booking if one is made.
For example: A £1000 booking, fully paid, cancelled and relet for £900, means that the original Customer will be refunded as follows, £1000 – 5% booking fee equals £950, – £100 rebooking shortfall, = Refund of £850.

Cancellations must be notified to Our properties by phone and email and once received in writing we will confirm the cancellation request

A damage deposit is required for all bookings. This is in case there is any damage or breakages to the property during your stay. The damage deposit is payable a couple of days before you arrive and then released with on 7 days after departure.

£500 is required for Trefonen House and Hyfryd Le.
£250 is required for Cliff Apartment and reduced occupancy deals at Trefonen House and Hyfryd Le

The damage deposit may be used for any repair and/or replacement of the property, furnishings, fixtures, fittings, hot tub and any additional cleaning costs (anything more than our usual fixed changeover cleaning costs).

Trefonen House & Hyfryd Le- we have a 7KW EV charger installed at both properties guests can use. The charger is untethered so guest will need to provide their own charging cable. You will be charged for the electric that you use. Please see digital guest book for the cost per KWH. If you do wish to use the EV charger please let us know so we can provide you with the fob to access the charger. Charging via our plug sockets is strictly prohibited as it will invalidate our insurance.

Cliff Apartment -we do not have a designated EV charger therefore charging is strictly prohibited at Cliff Apartment. Please DO NOT plug EV’s into our plug sockets as it will invalidate our insurance. Public chargers are located on the island. Please use an app such as Zap map to find the nearest chargers.
