The enormous open plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining large groups of family and friends. The kitchen and has been equipped with multiple base units, five ring Bosch gas hob and electric oven, sink, plus a large island unit with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a further sink and storage.
Patio doors lead to a generous private wooden decking area that takes advantage of the spectacular coastline views. A washer and dryer are available for use in the garage.
Large double doors lead into a lounge area that is truly impressive, both in size and appearance. Dominated by the large bay window overlooking the beach with amazing views, allowing in an abundance of natural light. There’s plenty of seating along with a pull out sofa bed makes it the perfect ‘kick back and relax’ room after a long day exploring. (Extra fee if bedding is required fir the sofa bed, please ask the owner)
The hallway leads to three well proportioned bedrooms.
Bedroom One is a large double and features French doors, leading to veranda and an en-suite fully tiled bathroom with standing shower.
Bedroom Two is another double with en-suite with shower over bath.
Bedroom Three is a long elongated bedroom that currently homes two sets of bunk beds comfortably accommodating 4 guests.
The family bathroom is fully tiled featuring bath, basin and W.C.
Games Area in the garage
For those rainy days and to keep the little ones entertained there’s a table tennis table and a football table available for use in the garage.
There is also ample room to store bikes and water sports equipment for those guests seeking an more action packed holiday.

We allow a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs (£15 fee per dog applies). Please bear in mind that the apartment doesn’t have a garden as such but a wooden decked patio. There are some lawned areas on the complex as well as a short walk to a lovely cove.
No BBQ’s are permitted on site. (Property management rules)
